*NEW* Modern Townhouse with Golf Cart near the Beach!

Extremely disappointing stay - Would not recommend Positive: The location of the house was nice. It was just far enough from the beach to be away from all of the traffic. Negative: There were so many issues with this property, it's honestly hard to believe. We rented the house for 10 people and 3 dogs, expecting a relaxing and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Upon arrival, the air conditioning wasn’t working, the refrigerator wasn’t cold, and the freezer didn’t freeze. When I reported the issues, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and rude. She claimed she’d update me once a technician was scheduled, but the next day, all she said was that it was a holiday and we had to wait. In the meantime, the outside temperature was 96°F, and inside the house it was 85°F. We had three dogs with us who were visibly distressed from the heat. We were eventually offered a full refund—but told there were no alternate properties available through them and that we’d need to find our own accommodations. When we looked, the only available options nearby were significantly more expensive. I even asked if they could at least provide fans to help us get through the heat, and I was told that they don’t provide fans. Yet, once I escalated the issue to the main property management office, they were suddenly able to provide a portable AC unit, a fan, and a cooler with two bags of ice—on our last night. The entire situation was unacceptable and poorly handled. For the cost, we expected much better communication and care. I absolutely would not recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing and location was perfect proximity to the beach and restaurants. Positive: The property was wonderful and I truly enjoyed my stay. The location and accommodations in place to further enhance the experience was very much appreciate. I look forward to booking another sty at this location again!
